Overview
This policy explains what information Cyber Pattern collects through this website and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us or request an assessment, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email, company, phone, and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and edge (Cloudflare) may process basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and available.
Client engagement data. When we deliver security services, we process telemetry and evidence from your environment under the terms of our engagement — governed by confidentiality and least-privilege, and covered separately from this website policy.
How we use information
To respond to your enquiry and provide the assessment or services you ask for; to operate, secure, and improve this website; and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our form processor and hosting/edge providers), bound to protect it, and where required by law. We never trade on what we learn about a client's environment.
Data retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up, then delete or anonymise them. Engagement data is retained per the terms of the relevant contract.
Security
We protect information with the same practices we sell: least-privilege access, monitoring, and sound handling of sensitive data. No system is perfectly secure, but security is quite literally our job.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us and we'll help.
International transfers
We operate from Lebanon and may work with providers in other countries. Where information crosses borders, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies — essential ones for security and basic operation. We don't run intrusive advertising trackers. Your browser lets you control cookies at any time.
